45S106E at 030000UTC, 36S103E 46S113E at 030600UTC, 36S109E 46S117E at

031200UTC and 36S114E 45S121E at 031800UTC.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 47S120E 35S121E 34S102E 39S091E 46S092E 47S120E.



FORECAST

Southwesterly quarter winds within 180nm south of cold front veering westerly

quarter within 240nm east of cold front. Wind speeds 34/47 knots, increasing

48/55 knots within 120nm south of cold front and easing below 48 knots by

030000UTC. Very rough to high seas, increasing to very high seas in storm force

winds. Moderate to heavy swell.
