AREA AFFECTED Bounded by 37S080E 37S101E 44S109E 53S104E 50S080E 37S080E. FORECAST Northwesterly quarter winds 34/47 knots within 300nm east of cold front, shifting westerly quarter within 300nm west of cold front, and turning clockwise within 480nm in western semicircle of low. Winds increasing to 48/63 knots within 360nm in northwestern semicircle from 260600UTC. Winds 34/47 knots expanding to within 600nm west of cold front from 261500UTC.
