Vigorous southwesterly flow developing.

AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 42S080E 57S080E 55S087E 44S094E 41S090E 42S080E.

FORECAST

Southwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots developing west of 85E from 312100UTC,

extending throughout area by 011200UTC. Winds easing below 34 knots south of

50S from 011800UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
