Vigorous flow associated with low 966hPa near 59S118E. Forecast low 968hPa near

60S126E at 290000UTC, low 972hPa near 60S132E at 290600UTC, then weakening low

977hPa near 58S135E at 291200UTC.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 54S125E 53S143E 57S143E 59S125E 58S110E 54S110E 54S125E.



FORECAST

Westerly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 300nm of low in northern semicircle

until 291200UTC, then just westerly quarter winds east of 129E only after

291200UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
