Vigorous flow with trough near 31S078E 36S083E. Forecast 29S080E 35S086E at

260600UTC, 30S086E 35S092E 44S095E at 261200UTC, 31S093E 50S100E at 261800UTC,

and 31S096E 50S103E at 270000UTC.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 30S089E 30S080E 37S080E 50S106E 50S111E 32S099E 30S089E.



FORECAST

Southerly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 240nm west of trough. Southerly

winds easing below 34 knots by 261500UTC. Northerly quarter winds 30/40 knots

developing within 300nm east of trough from 261200UTC. Rough to very rough

seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
