SITUATION AT 281800UTC

Vigorous flow developing associated with cold front 46S097E 51S103E 62S103E to

low 951hPa near 60S088E. Then forecast low 950hPa near 61S093E at 290000UTC,

low 950hPa near 61S096E at 290600UTC, low 953hPa near 61S099E at 291200UTC, and

low 965hPa near 61S104E at 291800UTC.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 42S090E 46S099E 55S111E 59S111E 61S080E 47S080E 42S090E.



FORECAST

Northwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 240nm east of front until

282100UTC. Clockwise winds 34/47 knots within 600nm of low in the northern

semicircle. Rough to very rough seas rising to very rough to high within 360nm

of low. Moderate to heavy swell.
