SITUATION AT 0600UTC

Vigorous flow associated with a cold front 52S099E 55S099E to low 979hPa near

57S095E, forecast 54S105E 56S104E to low 983hPa near 58S101E at 171200UTC,

55S110E 57S108E to low 987hPa near 59S104E at 171800UTC, near 56S114E 58S112E

60S108E at 180000UTC, and weakening thereafter.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 53S095E 56S112E 58S110E 59S103E 56S090E 54S091E 53S095E.



FORECAST

Northwest quarter winds within 180nm east of front, shifting westerly quarter

within 360nm west of front, and turning clockwise within 240nm of low in the

northwestern semicircle. Wind speeds 34/45 knots. Very rough to high seas.

Moderate to heavy swell.
