AREA AFFECTED Bounded by 53S095E 56S112E 58S110E 59S103E 56S090E 54S091E 53S095E. FORECAST Northwest quarter winds within 180nm east of front, shifting westerly quarter within 360nm west of front, and turning clockwise within 240nm of low in the northwestern semicircle.
