Vigorous flow associated with a cold front near 40S071E 43S075E to low 989hPa

near 48S074E. Forecast cold front near 39S079E 44S082E to low 990hPa near

48S079E 030600UTC, cold front near 37S083E 41S087E to low 992hPa near 47S084E

at 031200UTC, cold front near 35S088E 39S092E to low 995hPa near 44S090E at

031800UTC and just cold front near 33S094E 36S097E 41S098E at 040000UTC.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 38S080E 49S080E 48S085E 38S099E 34S095E 34S089E 38S080E.



FORECAST

Southwesterly quarter winds within 120nm west of cold front, extending to

within 480nm west of cold front from 040000UTC. Winds shifting northwesterly

quarter within 180nm east of front until 031800UTC. Winds turning clockwise

within 180nm in western semicircle of low, extending to within 360nm in western

semicircle of low from 031500UTC and easing by 040000UTC. Wind speeds 34/47

knots. Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
