Vigorous southwesterly quarter winds developing.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 40S124E 53S115E 53S121E 45S128E 40S124E.



FORECAST

Southwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots developing by 090900UTC initially south

of 48S, expanding to throughout area at 091200UTC. Winds contracting to north

of 50S at 091800UTC, and easing below 34 knots throughout by 100000UTC. Rough

to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
