SITUATION AT 1200UTC

Vigorous northwesterly flow associated with cold front near 41S080E 46S082E.

Forecast near 43S085E 48S088E at 251800UTC, near 45S094E 51S096E at 260000UTC,

near 47S101E 52S102E at 260600UTC and then weakening afterwards.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 40S080E 46S106E 52S106E 45S080E 40S080E.



FORECAST

Northwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots. Winds easing below 34 knots throughout

the affected area by 260600UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate swell.
