FORECAST



Vigorous northwesterly quarter winds developing west of 139E from 151200UTC.

Wind speeds 30/40 knots. Winds spreading to west of 142E by 151800UTC and

throughout by 160000UTC. Winds easing below 34 knots west of 138E by 151800UTC,

west of 140E by 160000UTC, and west of 144E by 160600UTC. Rough to very rough

seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
