SITUATION AT 191800UTC

Vigorous clockwise winds associated with low 1001hPa near 43S101E. Forecast low

1000hPa near 45S103E at 200000UTC, low 998hPa near 46S106E at 200600UTC, low

999hPa near 50S111E at 201200UTC, and low decaying thereafter.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 36S099E 38S096E 39S096E 46S106E 42S111E 36S099E.



FORECAST

Clockwise winds 30/40 knots within 240nm of northwestern quadrant of low,

expanding to within 540nm of northwestern quadrant by 201200UTC. Winds easing

below 34 knots throughout after 201200UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate

to heavy swell.
