SITUATION AT 150000UTC

Vigorous flow associated with low 970hPa near 56S107E. Forecast low 969hPa near

58S109E at 150600UTC, low 969hPa near 59S111E at 151200UTC, low 967hPa near

61S114E at 151800UTC, and low 969hPa near 62S116E at 160000UTC, weakening

thereafter.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 52S108E 60S119E 60S113E 55S104E 52S108E.



FORECAST

Clockwise winds 30/40 knots within 240nm of the northern quadrant of low,

contracting to within 180nm of low by 150600UTC. Winds easing below 34 knots

throughout area by 160000UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
