Vigorous clockwise flow associated with a low 976hPa near 35S166E, forecast low

978hPa near 36S165E at 171200UTC, low 978hPa near 36.5S165E at 171800UTC, low

980hPa near 37S165E and 180000UTC, and low 980hPa near 38S165E and 180600UTC.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 32S163E 32S160E 38S157E 42S162E 34S167E 32S163E.



FORECAST

Clockwise winds 34/47 knots within 420nm of low. Very rough to high seas.

Moderate to heavy swell.
