Vigorous westerly flow associated with cold front near 51S147E 57S162E.

Forecast near 50S151E 54S160E at 020000UTC, and moving east of area thereafter.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 58S160E 51S160E 51S146E 58S160E.



FORECAST

Westerly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 420nm east of cold front. Wind easing

below 34 knots by 020300UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Heavy swell.
