Vigorous flow developing associated with forecast trough near 39S115E 41S119E

at 241800UTC. Trough 36S119E 40S122E at 250000UTC, and trough 35S121E 38S126E

at 250600UTC.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 34S123E 36S118E 40S114E 38S125E 35S129E 34S123E.



FORECAST

Westerly quarter winds 30/40 knots developing within 120nm east of trough,

shifting southwesterly quarter within 60nm west of trough from 241800UTC. Rough

to very rough seas. Low to moderate swell.
