250000UTC, then weakening.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 61S140E 65S150E 65S160E 61S160E 54S141E 61S140E.



FORECAST

Northerly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 240nm east of cold front. Winds

easing below 34 knots throughout area by 250000UTC. Rough to very rough seas.

Moderate to heavy swell.
