Vigorous flow associated with monsoon trough near 12S143E 13S146E to Tropical

Low (12U) 994hPa near 14.3S148.2E to 16S151E. Forecast near 13S144E 14S145E to

Tropical Low (12U) 992hPa near 15.9S147.8E to 17S152E at 091800UTC, and 13S143E

to Tropical Low (12U) 990hPa near 17.6S147.4E to 20S151E at 100600UTC.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 09S142E 10S149E 13S151E 17S152E 21S151E 19S146E 11S142E 09S142E.



FORECAST

Northwesterly quarter winds north of monsoon trough shifting southeasterly

quarter south of monsoon trough, turning clockwise within 120nm of Tropical Low

(12U). Winds associated with Tropical Low (12U) are described within Ocean Wind

Warning issued by TCWC Australia. Wind speeds 30/40 knots. Rough to very rough

seas. Low to moderate swell.
