AREA AFFECTED Bounded by 32S136E 40S143E 48S131E 42S124E 37S123E 32S132E 32S136E. FORECAST Clockwise winds 34/45 knots within 660nm of low in all quadrants except southeast, increasing to 34/47 knots within 300nm of low in the northern quadrant until 260600UTC.
