AREA AFFECTED Bounded by 37S137E 40S137E 42S144E 38S155E 35S153E 38S143E 36S139E 37S137E. FORECAST Clockwise winds 34/47 knots within 240nm of low. Clockwise winds increasing to 48/55 knots within 60nm of low in the northwest quadrant. Winds associated with low decreasing below 47 knots by 220600UTC. Winds may reach 50 knots within 60nm of line 38.5S148E 38S151E from 220900UTC till 221500UTC. Very rough to high seas rising to very high with storm force winds. Moderate to heavy swell.
