AREA AFFECTED Bounded by 36S097E 57S130E 58S138E 63S123E 61S080E 53S080E 36S097E. FORECAST Northerly quarter winds 34/47 knots within 240nm of cold front, shifting southwesterly quarter 34/47 knots west of front, turning clockwise winds 34/47 within 360nm of low, expanding to within 840nm in the eastern quadrant and 420nm of low elsewhere by 040600UTC. Wind speeds increasing to 45/55 knots within 150nm west of cold front by 031200UTC. Very rough to high seas rising to very high in storm force winds. Moderate to heavy swell.
