Vigorous flow associated with low 1007hPa near 28S159E. Forecast 1009hPa near

27S158E at 180000UTC, 1007hPa near 27S157E at 180600UTC, 1009hPa near 26S157E

at 181200UTC, and 1008hPa near 26S158E at 181800UTC.



AREA AFFECTED

Bounded by 30S168E 27S167E 27S157E 26S154E 27S153E 32S156E 30S168E.



FORECAST

Clockwise winds within 240nm of the southwest quadrant and 420nm of the

southeastern quadrant of low. Wind speeds 30/40 knots. Winds in the southeast

quadrant easing below 34 knots by 181200UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate

to heavy swell.
