Polar low is expected in the following areas in Metarea 19:

C4, C5, D3, Dype D4, Tromsoeflaket, Hjelmsoeybanken, E3, Dype E4

A polar low will is monday at 15 UTC expected in western C5 and move towards southwest. West of the center wind is expected at north severe gale force 9. Tuesday late morning at 09 UTC the low is expected to be at Deep E4 and probably weaken.
