HURRICANE FORCE WIND WARNING FOR NORTHERN AREA SITUATION At 0600 UTC Severe Tropical Cyclone Fina was centred within 10 nautical miles of latitude eleven decimal nine south (11.9S) longitude one hundred and thirty one decimal zero east (131.0E) Recent movement : west southwest at 5 knots Maximum winds : 80 knots Central pressure: 961 hPa AREA AFFECTED Within 50 nautical miles of the centre. FORECAST Maximum winds to 80 knots near the centre increasing to 90 knots by 0600 UTC 23 November. Winds above 64 knots within 15 nautical miles of centre with very high seas.
