At 0000 UTC Tropical Cyclone Bakung was centred within 20 nautical miles of

 latitude ten decimal nine south (10.9S)

 longitude ninety three decimal one east (93.1E)

Recent movement : east at 4 knots

Maximum winds   : 40 knots

Central pressure: 995 hPa



AREA AFFECTED

Within 20 nautical miles in NE quadrant

  and within 30 nautical miles in SE quadrant

  and within 40 nautical miles in SW quadrant

  and within 30 nautical miles in NW quadrant.



FORECAST

Maximum winds to 40 knots near the centre easing to 35 knots by 0000 UTC 17

December.



Within 20 nautical miles in NE quadrant until 0900 UTC 16 December.

  and within 30 nautical miles in SE quadrant
